Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by URTH Catering (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

URTH Catering provides private dining, event catering, and wholesale food supply services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Details of each booking, including menu, pricing, and service style, will be agreed in writing prior to the event.

3. Bookings & Deposits

• A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received.

• Deposits are typically non refundable and will be specified in your quotation.

• The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date, as outlined in your agreement.

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Depending on the notice period, additional charges may apply.​

We reserve the right to retain costs already incurred.

5. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to guest numbers, menus, or event details must be communicated in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

We will always aim to accommodate changes where possible.

6. Pricing

• All prices are provided in GBP (£) and may be subject to VAT where applicable.

• Quotes are valid for a limited time (as specified).

• Additional costs (staffing, equipment hire, travel, etc.) will be clearly outlined.

7. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Clients must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance.

While we take great care in food preparation, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen free environment.

8. Delivery & Service

• Delivery times and service schedules will be agreed in advance.

• Clients must ensure access to the venue and appropriate facilities if required.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.
   

9. Equipment & Hire Items

Any equipment provided by URTH Catering remains our property and must be returned in good condition.

Loss or damage may result in additional charges.
 

10. Liability

We take all reasonable care in providing our services. However:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

• We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to extreme weather, transport disruption, or venue issues.
   

11. Wholesale Orders (B2B)

For wholesale and business clients:

• Orders must be placed within agreed timelines

• Products are supplied fresh and should be stored as advised

• Responsibility transfers upon delivery

• Returns are not accepted unless products are faulty
   

12. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made via agreed methods (bank transfer, etc.)

• Late payments may result in cancellation or additional charges
   

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including branding, menus, and images, remains the property of URTH Catering and may not be used without permission.
 

14. Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection laws.
